Mom and I did some gift shopping at dog friendly Patina on the weekend. They have several stores in the Twin Cities and they love dogs. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with some petting and a treat! That is my kind of store.
The only issue I had shopping there is that the floor is pretty slick for my paws. Walking around was fine but if I needed to sit, my back paws would slide away from me. For that reason, Mom took quick photos so I wouldn’t need to worry about my slipping paws.
We don’t decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving, but the store was full into Christmas gifts and decorations. It was beautiful in there. This section was gifts for men and Christmas tree decorations.
They had a huge display of super cool stuff for cats. We texted this photo to several friends with cats. If we had a cat, I think we would have bought a couple things.
The other side of the rack was all dog gifts. There was nothing that really knocked our socks off for dogs, so we didn’t get any dog gifts.
We loved the kids section. The tent behind me was adorable. We love all the cute stuffed ornaments too! They have games, toys, clothes, and more. Patina is a great place to get some unique gifts for people and pets of all ages. Mom loves the store because you can find things you don’t see other places.
Finally, I took this shot in the baking/cooking section. They have lots of fun cook and baking books, kitchen accessories, dishes and glassware. As we shopped, several employees and a couple shoppers asked to pet me which I of course, said yes to. It was a fairly short but fun shopping trip.
